Victorian school holiday dates sometimes differ from other states, which can make them particularly useful when planning a quieter holiday period.
These dates don’t include pupil-free days or school development days, so always check with your individual school. The first day of Term 1 is a student-free day in Victorian government schools, and each term also includes an additional student-free day determined by the school.
Independent and Catholic schools generally follow similar calendars but school holiday dates may vary slightly.
