If you’re looking for a playground in Carrington, visit Connolly Park playground next to the tennis courts. It’s a cute little playground in the harbourside suburb of Carrington that’s perfect for a play and a picnic.
There’s small climbing equipment with a slide and a set of swings (regular and baby).

There’s a see saw and wobblies as well. There’s also a very cool climbing frame that spins around which is loads of fun.

This park is probably best suited to the under 5 set. Older kids might get a bit bored with the playground equipment.
If you feel like a picnic or just some shade, there’s a fantastic covered shelter which is an ideal spot for a picnic.

Check out the community gardens within the park as well.
