There’s a Christmas market on somewhere in the region almost every weekend from mid-November through to Christmas, from Civic Park in the heart of Newcastle to the vineyards of the Hunter Valley, with Lake Macquarie’s lakeside markets and Port Stephens’ foreshore stalls rounding things out.
Handmade gifts, local produce, food trucks, live music and usually a Santa or two. Below you’ll find every market happening this season, grouped by weekend so you can plan around whichever Saturday or Sunday suits.
