If you live in Victoria, here’s a list of Victorian school terms dates for public schools as well as public holidays in Victoria. (Handy also if you’re planning holidays to Victoria from interstate as their school holidays differ sometimes from other states).
These dates don’t include pupil-free days or school development days so check with your individual school. The first day of term 1 is a student-free day in government schools in Victoria. There’s a student free day each term. Your school will decide when the remaining student-free days are, so contact them for details. Although independent and Catholic schools run along the same general dates, they do differ in terms of school holidays.
