Drop Off Your Letter to Santa at Your Local Post Office & Get an Instant Reply

Head to the post office to drop off your child’s letter to Santa and you’ll receive Santa’s reply, right then and there. Just like magic! Plus, a little something for your tree

Unlike previous years where you kids wrote a letter to Santa and had to wait for a reply, this is a much simpler process.

Now, you can hand deliver your letter in-store at your local Australia Post Office. There’s no need to worry about stamps or a return address.

Starting 3 November 2025, it’s time for little ones to hand-deliver their letters to the Post Office and receive a special response straight from the North Pole.

Each child who brings in their letter will leave with a reply straight from Santa, along with a special little something to hang on the tree!

Simply bring your letter to your local Post Office before 24 December. Pick up a special gift and Santa’s reply on the spot. While stocks last!

As well as being a fun Christmas activity offered by Australia Post, it’s a great way to find out what your kids want for Christmas!

Your kids (or you helping them) just need to write a letter to Santa Claus and drop it off at your local post office.

Not sure to write? Well, Santa loves hearing about what kids have been up to, their family Christmas traditions, and what’s on their Christmas wish lists.

Pop the letter in a sealed envelope, no need for a postage stamp or return address.

This year, you don’t need to worry about Santa’s exact address – just hand it to one of the friendly team members at the counter in-store at your local Australia Post Office. Santa’s secret helper Pip will make sure your letter reaches Santa!
