Celebrate Halloween at Wallsend Frights Presented by Curious Legends

For the 2025 spooky season, Curious Legends are bringing frighteningly fun festivities back to Wallsend! Curious Legends are a local arts organisation best known for their spectacular community events featuring large-scale illuminated mobile puppet performances for children and families.

They have partnered with local businesses, WOW Wallsend and Newy with Kids to bring you Wallsend Frights: A Hallow Evening.

Wallsend Frights – A Hallow Evening (31 October)

To celebrate Halloween, Wallsend Frights will be at Wallsend Park this year with a free community event on Friday 31 October from 4:30pm to 8:30pm.

This family-friendly event promises to be a night you won’t forget. A home to ghosts and ghouls alike, this year’s A Hallow Evening will feature a mixture of old and new highlights, including a spooky activity passbook, paper Jack O’lantern making workshops, costume crafting, giant puppets, impromptu dancing, Haunted House space, Weeping Forest and the Boneyard.

Join Curious Legends and Newy with Kids for some SPOOKY Halloween mischief! 

Bring the family around and dress to distress! Expect fun, spooky thrills, roving characters and yummy food vendors.

Newy with Kids will be presenting fun Halloween craft activities as well as handing out Halloween treats. (Please note that there will be a limited supply of treats).

Tickets for Wallsend Frights are now available. Tickets are free but registrations required. Register your ticket to help event organisers best manage the event and keep you updated! Do not worry about printing your ticket.
