School Holiday Fun at The Station

Head to The Station in Newcastle for school holidays. There’s heaps to do at The Station during the July break including workshops, arts and crafts as well as exploring the kids corner play space and scooter track.

You can book your kids into workshops. There will be a number of them running over the school holidays from a variety of local kids activity providers. No matter what your kids are interested in, there’s a range of workshops to choose from. They vary in cost.

These include:

  • LEGO workshops with Bricks 4 Kidz Lake Macquarie*
  • Band camp with Marmalade Music*
  • Percussion & intro to music classes with Marmalade Music*
  • Yoga for teens with Minnka Movement*
  • Yoga for kids & parents with Minnka Movement*
  • FREE Storytime & childrens’ book swap with Betty Loves Books*

Newy with Kids will also be hosting a Drop In Art, Craft & Scavenger Hunt Zone on Friday 15 July. Come join us between 10am and 2pm for free craft activities for you and your kids to do including creating pet rocks, colouring and more! As well as the activities mentioned above, you can also enjoy fun at The Station at any time.
